Join derek allard on the mostly flat, paved road below the Mt. Tom ridge, which includes the microburst blow down area that has become a favorite spot of Prairie Warblers, Winter Wrens, and Eastern Towhees. Other warblers we might encounter include Worm-eating, Blackburnian, and Tennessee as well as possible Peregrine Falcons. Meet at the west gate on Route 141 (opposite Tavern on the Hill restaurant.
