Join Brian Zylich and Julie Blue on a half day trip to multiple hot spots in Franklin County. We will drive between a number of locations (Montague Sandplains, Barton Cove, Turners Falls Airport, etc.) and go for short walks on dirt/paved roads at each stop. We expect to see a wide variety of breeding birds since we will cover a variety of productive habitats. These may include warblers, vireos, finches, sparrows, thrushes, waterfowl, and others. We will meet at the Montague Sandplains parking area at the intersection of Bartlett Rd. and Lake Pleasant Rd.
