Use this form to join, renew, or change your membership level. Select your preferred membership level, fill out the form on the next page and then pay with a credit card to activate or renew your membership.  Add family members once you receive your confirmation email. The club membership year is October 1 - September 30 but your membership is in effect for one year from the date you pay. You will be reminded to renew in the month prior to your anniversary date.
