A Photographic Adventure: Birds of boreal Maine and outer Cape Cod, with Jeremy Coleman (a Zoom meeting)

January 11, 2021

7:15 pm - 9:30 pm

The northern ends of Vermont, New Hampshire, and especially Maine are home to a number of bird species rarely, if ever, seen in Massachusetts. Cape Cod gives birders access to another set of species which we do not get to see in western Massachusetts unless a hurricane passes through in just the right direction. Jeremy Coleman will share his photos from those areas and a couple of others, with information on a few specific birding sites and how to get helpful information about where to go.

Jeremy Coleman is an architect, now retired and living in Shelburne Falls. He is an avid bicycler as well as birder and photographer, and more recently started butterflying as well. He has sought and photographed many species of wild birds in Maine, Cape Cod, Mexico, and elsewhere.
